Recent Work: A Blocked Coil Call That Became a Rooftop Fix
A Stockton apartment complex called us for a blocked evaporator coil. On the roof, we found the units packed so tightly that a proper coil cleaning was hardly possible, and the ductwork was leaking. The owner chose a long-term fix: a new unit relocated 10 feet back to give both units service clearance, and new R-8 ductwork in 24-gauge KD pipe built for the roof.
